Micah came on the Midnight train as contractions began at 11:55 p.m. on Thursday May 28th. By Friday, May 29th at 5:43 a.m. Micah was already on the scene weighing 7 lbs 11 oz and 20 inches long. I felt very at one with every peasant woman that has given bare bones birth in the fields... no epidural ya'll. There was no time ... no matter how much I begged for it. Even though I thought death was imminent for me during those labor hours, I am glad the Lord saw me through.

Micah is doing well with nursing and not too fussy on this first two nights at home.
Moe is really excited about his new boy... even though it's hard to interpret that from the look on his face! Josiah got a cold the day after we brought Micah home so he hasn't really paid too much attention to Micah. Keep us in prayer as we bathe in Purell all day!
